As part of our European expansion, we are looking for a highly capable Account Manager – RWA based in Belgium to manage and grow relationships with clients operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work with leading RWA, DeFi, and fintech projects globally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients focused on Real-World Assets (e.g., tokenized securities, real estate, private credit, commodities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong and long-term client relationships
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of RWA and blockchain-related services
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and technical teams to deliver tailored RWA solutions
  • Support clients in navigating tokenization processes, platform integrations, and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor client performance, KPIs, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with regulatory developments and emerging trends in RWA, DeFi, and digital assets


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Real-World Assets (RWA), tokenization, and blockchain ecosystems
  • Experience working with fintech, crypto, DeFi, or financial services clients
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth and client retention
  • Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into client-friendly solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to guide decisions
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in an international environment
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
