The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment activities across the organization, with a primary focus on pilot recruitment. The role supports the attraction, selection and hiring of qualified candidates while ensuring an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. The position works closely with Hiring Managers, operational departments and HR stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are met in line with Marabu Airlines' standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for pilots, while supporting recruitment for cabin crew and office roles when required
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels and platforms
  • Conduct application screening and coordinate interviews and assessments in collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Coordinate aviation-specific selection processes, including simulator assessments for pilots
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Track and monitor recruitment metrics to support effective workforce planning and hiring decisions
  • Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on recruitment processes and interview best practices
  • Support various HR and talent acquisition projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment processes
  • This role requires frequent travel outside Estonia for pilot assessments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within aviation
  • Experience managing high-volume or operational recruitment processes is considered an advantage
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment documentation
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an advantage
