Project Leader at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within COSMOTE Global Solutions. You will lead project teams to ensure deliverables meet the company's standards for quality, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Contracting Authority by defining feasible project plans aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the execution of the contract
  • Report and present to the Contracting Authority Project Manager
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against them
  • Estimate timelines, budgets, and resource requirements and proactively address risks
  • Guide and support team activities, review deliverables, and provide progress reports
  • Collaborate with programme/project managers to allocate appropriate resources
  • Participate in working groups and progress meetings
  • Monitor costs, schedules, and resources and take corrective actions when needed
  • Manage change control procedures and secure stakeholder approval
  • Provide leadership to the project team and support their development
  • Oversee daily project activities
  • Ensure adherence to methodologies, quality standards, and contractual processes
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and ITSM/project processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PM2, PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Strong consultative project management experience in IT software development and quality domains
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean)
  • Excellent knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture, and project management standards
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Ability to work in international and multicultural environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
