IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

A globally operating healthcare company headquartered in Germany, with an international presence across Europe, Asia, and North America, is seeking an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to join its team.

The company has a long-standing history in healthcare and has evolved into a provider of customized development and manufacturing solutions across medical technology, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and consumer healthcare.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level IT support
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including:
• Servers and client systems
• Printers and communication systems
• Network components and software
• Assist in the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Coordinate and collaborate with external IT service providers
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders on IT infrastructure topics
• Contribute to the strategic development of the IT landscape
• Manage smaller IT projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Support testing, updates, release changes, and rollouts of hardware and software
• Work within an international corporate environment

Your Profile

• Completed training in IT, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge in:
• Microsoft Active Directory (domain administration)
• Windows client and server operating systems (Linux is a plus)
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Server virtualization
• Experience coordinating external service providers
• Knowledge of network and firewall technologies is an advantage
• Experience with label printing systems is a plus
• Background in an industrial or production environment is beneficial
• Project management experience is a plus
• Good communication skills in German and English
