Senior IAM Expert
I am working with a growing consulting organisation in Germany that is continuing to invest heavily in its Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management capabilities. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant with strong expertise in One Identity Safeguard.
This role will focus on delivering and leading PAM solutions across enterprise environments, supporting clients through design, architecture, and implementation phases.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering Privileged Access Management solutions across a variety of client environments (cloud, hybrid, and on-premise), working closely with stakeholders to design secure and scalable architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using One Identity Safeguard
- Gather and analyse client requirements across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
- Define and implement security best practices and tailored PAM usage concepts
- Take ownership of architecture, design, and implementation of PAM solutions within enterprise environments
- Integrate PAM solutions with broader Identity & Security ecosystems (IGA, IAM, SIEM, MFA)
- Develop and implement automation concepts for privileged identity lifecycle and access workflows
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in architecture and implementation of One Identity Safeguard
- Strong understanding of security architecture, including exposure to governance, risk, and compliance
- Technical knowledge across Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with scripting and/or programming (e.g. PowerShell, object-oriented languages)
- Exposure to web frameworks (e.g. Angular), directory services (AD/LDAP), and automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet) is beneficial
- Fluent in German and English
