About Jobix.ai & Ethosware: Following our latest successful funding round, Jobix.ai is scaling its core engineering team. We are the creators of Ethosware, an enterprise-grade platform designed to transition software engineering into a fully autonomous, agentic process.

We are engineering a sophisticated "AI Orchestra"—a system of specialized, autonomous agents designed to eliminate manual workflows and solve the trust and quality crisis in AI-generated code.

The Role: We are seeking a highly rigorous Senior Fullstack & AI Engineer to architect and scale our multi-agent engine. You will be responsible for the complex orchestration of LLM inputs/outputs, context manipulation, and the robust backend infrastructure that makes 100% autonomous code generation a reality.

We are strictly looking for career-driven professionals. We are not engaging freelancers, agencies, or project-based contractors. We want engineers who look at the architecture of platforms like Cursor.ai or Lovable and possess the technical depth to build the next evolution of those systems.

Core Responsibilities:

AI Orchestration & Context Management: Mastermind the prompt engineering, vector store integrations, and complex context window manipulations required to make autonomous agents function reliably as a cohesive unit.

Backend Architecture: Build, scale, and secure the event-driven microservices and I/O routing using NestJS, ensuring frictionless communication between the AI models and the platform.

Code Structuring & Optimization: Enforce strict architectural standards, transforming rapid prototype features into highly optimized, production-ready systems.

Frontend Integration: Utilize advanced React to build frictionless, intuitive interfaces that effectively mask the immense complexity of the underlying multi-agent operations.

Technical Requirements:

8+ years of fullstack engineering experience building complex, enterprise-grade systems.

Deep Backend Expertise: Mastery of NestJS, microservice architectures, and robust API development.

Advanced AI/Agentic Experience: You possess a profound understanding of agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, and how to build systems where AI agents collaborate autonomously. (You will have to attach to your application a brief overview of the most complex multi-agent workflow or LLM orchestration system you have engineered to date).

Frontend Proficiency: Strong capabilities in modern React.

Mindset: A relentless focus on reducing cognitive load for the end-user and a fundamental belief that

software development is moving toward full AI autonomy.
