Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant at the Tet store in T/C Jāņa centrs, Talsi. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, guide them in choosing the right products and services to meet their needs, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a smooth store environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to assist and engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Sales and consultative skills to recommend suitable products and meet sales goals.
- Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with technology services and products such as internet, TV, and telecommunications.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage customer service and sales duties seamlessly.
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Fluent in spoken and written Latvian, with additional languages being an asset.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
