We are seeking a talented, motivated Senior-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate is a polyglot engineer with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) for robust backend services and TypeScript (React) for high-performance, rich user interfaces. You will play a key role in building and securing our scalable cloud platform, ensuring a seamless connection between our EKS-driven quoting engine and the end-user experience

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Java Spring Boot (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend).
• API & Backend: Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices. Utilize Spring Data JPA to manage complex data models in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• UI/UX Excellence: Develop sophisticated user interfaces using React, TypeScript, AG Grid, and RTK Query, ensuring high performance and usability.
• Database Management: Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and operations to handle large-scale engineering data.
• Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable code supported by unit/integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, Jest) and participate in rigorous code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps and Product teams to ensure seamless deployment within our AWS environment.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging trends in the Java and Frontend ecosystems to continuously improve our development processes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Java Expertise: 5–7 years of professional experience in Java development with a mastery of Spring Boot.
• Frontend Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in TypeScript and React.
• Data Layer: Solid understanding of Spring Data JPA and experience with PostgreSQL.
• Web Fundamentals: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Tools: Proficiency with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Frontend UI: Hands-on experience with AG Grid and RTK Query.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
