As a talented DevOps, you’ll be focused on the mission to make the Global website an outstanding digital luxury experience for their customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable digital journey that guides them to the right model, product, or service.


Main Responsibilities

  • You will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and maintaining their applications and infrastructure. Working closely with product, operations, and security teams, you'll automate processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure their platforms can scale
  • This role requires a strong background in software engineering, systems administration, and cloud technologies, with a focus on continuous integration, delivery, and infrastructure as code
  • As the owner of the global website domain, you'll empower their product teams to deliver applications quickly, securely, and independently
  • You'll build and manage delivery services within the website ecosystem, ensuring a robust, high-quality, and scalable software architecture. This involves adhering to DevOps principles and continuously deploying software to test and production environments
  • You'll develop and implement web interfaces, backend services, and APIs, seamlessly integrating with existing services and extending the capabilities of the company ecosystem
  • A commitment to continuous improvement is essential. You'll leverage modern quality tools and processes to maintain the premium quality and security of their products



Core Skills/experience

  • You possess a solid foundation in software and infrastructure engineering, ideally backed by a master's degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related field
  • With a deep understanding of cloud-native development, you'll excel at building resilient AWS applications, leveraging solutions like ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, S3, and Infrastructure as Code
  • You'll have a strong grasp of software security standards, threat assessment, and secure programming methodologies
  • JavaScript and TypeScript will be your preferred coding languages
  • You'll have a passion for automated testing and TDD
  • Experience with API management systems, API design, and RESTful services will be essential
  • You'll be proficient in Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or Terraform CDK
  • You'll be adept at facilitating CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring and alerting tools like NewRelic and Splunk will be familiar to you
  • You'll have a strong understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle principles
  • You'll be a collaborative team player, actively contributing to a positive team culture and focusing on delivering value to our customers
