A team building a next-generation education system, already used by more than 60% of schools in Lithuania, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the product team full-time. Join us in shaping how students learn across the country.

About the Role

We’re looking for a senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, high-impact experiences across the Vedliai platform.

You’ll combine strong product thinking, user empathy, and business understanding to solve real problems for teachers and students. This role is not just about how things look – it’s about how they work, evolve, and create meaningful impact in classrooms.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership, and play a key role in shaping both the product and how we build it.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end design for key product areas – from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and shape solutions.
  • Use research, feedback, and data to continuously improve usability, engagement, and learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to increase design quality and team efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UI & UX), with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work.
  • Ability to use research, feedback, and data to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication skills – able to clearly present ideas and influence the team.
  • High proficiency with modern design tools (we use Figma) and curiosity in using AI tools in the design process.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of WCAG standards and ability to apply accessibility principles in design.
  • Ability to support broader visual design needs when needed (e.g., print, marketing assets, or brand materials).
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.

What you can expect from us
  • Flexible working hours with a remote-first setup.
  • Optional access to our coworking space in Vilnius (Wolf Space, Naugarduko g. 3).
  • A product with real impact on education and classrooms across Lithuania.
  • A team that cares deeply about quality, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunities to grow, take ownership, and shape meaningful product decisions.
