ABOUT THE POSITION


HR Generalist at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.


Your Role: You’ll work closely with team leads, helping them navigate people-related topics, develop their teams, and build a strong, engaged workplace culture. This role combines daily HR support with a focus on long-term team development and organizational growth.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


- Support team leads and employees on a wide range of day-to-day HR topics.

- Contribute to employee development initiatives, including competency building and team growth.

- Support key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.

- Advise team leads on people-related situations and best practices.

- Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

- Contribute to recruitment efforts when needed, especially during peak periods.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events.

- Support HR projects and continuous improvement of people processes.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related field.

- Strong communication skills and willingness to work closely with people.

- High level of organization and attention to detail.

- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in HR.

- Confidence in navigating complex or sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.

- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or HiBob would be considered as a plus.


SALARY: starting at 1700 - 2500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
