Facilitate Agile delivery by enabling Scrum teams to work effectively, remove impediments, and continuously improve, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Remove obstacles and support the team in achieving sprint goals
• Foster collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and team maturity in Agile practices
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
• Track and communicate team progress and delivery metrics

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent)
• Proven experience working in Agile environments as a Scrum Master or similar role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (English level C1 or higher)
• Ability to coach teams and drive Agile mindset adoption
• Experience coordinating between IT and business teams
• Good understanding of risk, dependencies, and delivery challenges in Agile contexts
