Scrum Master/Temenos TAP/Triple A vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Guide Agile teams through the transition from classical delivery methodologies to Agile, acting as a servant leader and shaping collaborative, empowered teams
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, events, and artefacts; support Product Owners in effective product and backlog management
• Work closely with stakeholders and Agile teams to establish clear goals, priorities, and shared understanding of requirements
• Identify and proactively remove obstacles and impediments, assisting in conflict resolution and ensuring smooth workflow
• Drive adoption of best practices and quality standards, using data-driven decision-making to optimise team performance
• Manage capacity, delivery progress, and project needs according to quarterly planning, acting as a change agent for Agile methodologies

Your experience/knowledge:

• Over 5 years' experience with Temenos TAP / Triple A
• Scrum Master certification
• University degree in IT, Finance, or relevant field
• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment within technology and/or finance sectors
• Language skills: English
