About this vacancy
We are looking for a Delivery Manager Officer to provide long‑term support to high‑visibility strategic IT initiatives. You will work closely with delivery and management teams, playing a key role in coordination, structuring, and day‑to‑day operational follow‑up.
Positioned as a true right‑hand support, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects in production and delivery environments, within a complex landscape combining legacy systems, digital solutions, connectivity, and innovative initiatives (DLT, blockchain, AI).
The role is part of a long‑term perspective, with strong challenges related to governance, quality, budget control, and performance.
What we expect from you
- Daily follow‑up of project status, including structured daily reporting
- Monitoring of metrics and KPIs, and production of regular reporting for stakeholders
- Management and tracking of ongoing bugs, cross‑team coordination, and stakeholder follow‑up
- Structuring, documentation, and enforcement of project processes (Teams usage, best practices, delivery discipline)
- Support for budget tracking and operational assistance as a right‑hand to management
- Management of Jira requests: creation, follow‑up, quality of requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Contribution to the writing, follow‑up, and quality of user stories
- Verification of consistency between epics, user stories, backlogs, and test plans
- Setup and maintenance of dashboards, queries, and delivery analyses
- Contribution to large‑scale delivery projects with significant financial and operational impact
- An interest or affinity for AI‑related topics is a plus
- Medior profile with curiosity, rigor, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
