Senior Product Designer – Fast-Growth FinTech 🚀

Remote (UK based - right to work needed)

I’m partnered with a fast-growth venture-backed FinTech that focusses on cross-border financial services. Enabling seamless, affordable and secure transfers, the company aims to make cross-border financial management more accessible and efficient for a global audience.

They are on an exciting trajectory, having recently raised $30M in funding. They’re scaling fast and are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join their team and make a real impact.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft seamless user experiences across multiple digital platforms. This role emphasises concepting, prototyping, and research to enhance everyday financial solutions. In addition to hands-on work, you'll guide and mentor the design team, shaping best practices and fostering growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with user needs and deliver superior products.
Create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate complex design solutions.
Transform research insights into intuitive user experiences and expand the design system as the product evolves.
Spearhead discovery and planning for new products and features, driving design vision across the product suite.

What You Bring:

Proven expertise in the end-to-end iterative product design process.
A strong portfolio showcasing top-quality UX and UI work, including complex workflows.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Experience with savings or credit-focused B2C products is highly valued.
