GreenShift is building a full-stack cloud optimization platform. The product is data-heavy, technical, and used by engineering-led teams. We’re looking for a talented Product Designer who can turn messy input into clear flows, build a scalable UI system, and keep the quality bar high while we ship fast.

What you’ll do

• Turn ambiguous problems into concrete product flows.
• Design UX: dense tables, filters, dashboards, investigation flows, and explainability.
• Systems/UI: information architecture, interaction states, accessibility basics, and a coherent design system.
• Iterative delivery: fast loops, tight feedback cycles, and pragmatic improvements.

How you’ll work

• You partner with a Product Lead who owns prioritization and execution cadence.
• You partner with a dedicated front-end engineer who owns implementation quality.
• You lead the UX direction and make sure what ships is coherent, usable, and durable.

What we’re looking for

• Strong product thinking: you translate chaos into structure.
• Proven experience in B2B/data-heavy products.
• A track record of building/maintaining design systems.
• Front-end literacy (React/component mental model).
• Comfort with technical domains. You don’t need to be a cloud engineer, but you must be able to learn the mental models.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior work on dev tools, FinOps, observability, infra/admin products, or similar.
