4 Month Contract - 40 hours per week - €45 per hour (Independent Contractor – VAT is paid on top of the hourly rate)

We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist to provide critical HR support across our region, ensuring seamless employee journeys from onboarding through offboarding. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a robust People foundation, enhance workflows, and support a dynamic, global organization.
In this pivotal role, you will administer personnel policies, manage employee documentation, and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will help optimize HR processes, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and maintain high standards of data integrity—all while delivering exceptional customer service to employees and managers alike. Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience in a customer-facing environment
- Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills: SAP, Workday, MS Office, Google Suite
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing
- Effective communication and customer focus
- Ability to multitask, analyze, and solve problems under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws
- Experience with global HR processes and projects
- Additional language skills pertinent to the supported regions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a similar role
- Experience working within a multinational organization is highly valued
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in compliance training
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal teams across different regions
- Attention to legal documentation requirements, including work permits and contracts
- Flexibility to support regional or country-specific HR initiatives
