Your Responsibilities:

• Coaching: Guide teams in applying Agile principles; promote collaboration, communication, and self-organization.
• Facilitation: Lead Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Refinement: Support effective refinement processes and help the team write clear, actionable tickets.
• Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning through reflection, feedback, and experimentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Product Owner to keep the product vision and backlog achievable; navigate complex stakeholder interests.
• Tooling: Correctly set up and configure JIRA projects.
• Team Building: Forge a harmonious team built on trust; address underlying team tensions ("the undercurrent").
• Process Design: Formulate clear processes and ensure project documentation is findable, traceable, and up-to-date.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks (SAFe or other scaling models are a plus).
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (clear, concise, and adapted to your audience).
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering or Linked Data is a plus.

Education & Certification:

• Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent) or several years of recent experience.
• Additional certifications like Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) are a plus.
