About the Opportunity

A leading international contractor is seeking an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to deliver hyperscale Data Centre construction projects across Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland etc.).

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in civil, structural and architectural (CSA) project management, particularly within data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, or large-scale commercial construction environments.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of CSA construction packages, including groundworks, reinforced concrete, structural steel, building envelope, and architectural fit-out, on fast-track, high-value projects.

The Role

As Senior CSA Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of CSA works on large-scale data centre construction projects, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and safety targets are achieved.

You will work closely with project directors, construction managers, MEP teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to deliver complex data centre infrastructure projects across multiple European locations.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior CSA Project Manager

• Lead the construction and delivery of CSA packages on hyperscale data centre projects, including civil works, structural concrete, steel frame construction, cladding systems, roofing, and architectural finishes.
• Manage full project lifecycle including pre-construction, procurement, construction management, commissioning interface, and project handover.
• Coordinate CSA works with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, ensuring integration with data centre critical infrastructure.
• Develop and manage construction programmes, project schedules, and lookahead plans using industry-standard planning tools.
• Oversee CSA subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, programme milestones, and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, method statements (RAMS), and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, manage construction risks, variations, delays, and programme recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, construction standards, and quality assurance procedures on large-scale construction sites.
• Lead site coordination meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication with clients and senior project teams.
• Support snagging, inspections, commissioning coordination, and final handover of CSA elements on data centre construction projects.

Necessary Requirements Of The Senior CSA Project Manager

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 7–15+ years’ experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works.
• Proven experience delivering data centre construction projects, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large CSA packages (€20M+) within Tier 1 contractors or major international construction companies.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• groundworks and civil engineering
• reinforced concrete and structural steel construction
• façade systems, cladding, roofing, and building envelope
• architectural fit-out and finishing works
• Experience working in fast-track construction environments and complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel or work on European data centre construction projects.
• EU passport or right to work in Europe (preferred).
