Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop & Network Support Engineer to provide end-user support along with basic to intermediate network troubleshooting. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide deskside/desktop support for hardware, software, and OS issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Support Windows 10/11 and basic Mac OS issues
  • Manage Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, access control)
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues
  • Configure and support routers, switches, and access points
  • Handle printer setup and troubleshooting
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams
  • Perform patching, cabling, and rack support (basic level)
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Work on ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues
Technical Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
  • Basic to intermediate networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
  • Active Directory & basic Azure AD knowledge
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
  • Hardware troubleshooting skills
