We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer.
Your Mission Will Be
- Work side by side with data science teams to industrialize GenAI and analytics models in production environments, mainly on Databricks under a DevOps mindset;
- Contribute across the full solution lifecycle, from development to deployment, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability;
- Support the evolution of GenAI use cases within Azure Machine Learning ecosystems;
- Promote best engineering practices to guarantee reliable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a technical data specialist (ML Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist);
- Strong experience with Azure, Databricks, and Python/PySpark in production-grade environments;
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and DevOps practices, preferably using Azure DevOps;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an agile and collaborative mindset;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and MLOps practices;
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using Airflow or Databricks Pipelines;
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, mlflow, or xgboost;
- Familiarity with SQL and PySpark for large-scale data processing in Databricks;
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
