What will your day look like?

  • Acquisition of FMCG clients (modern & traditional trade) within the SI region;
  • Manage operations of B2B customers;
  • Leads communication with B2B customers;
  • Manage the implementation of GymBeam commercial strategy to customers;
  • Delivery customer growth;
  • Negotiation of contract and annual conditions in cooperation with Head of B2B;
  • Build relationship with customers;
  • Researches, gathers, and analyzes data using the internal data software for analysis;
  • Monitors specific goals and ensures these goals are met, particularly margin, profit and revenue.


Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in managing operations with B2B customers is plus;
  • Previous professional experience (1–2 years) as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG is an advantage;
  • English level B2;
  • Slovenian - native language proficiency;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Ambitious and dynamic personality.
