We are looking for a Senior Crypto Trading & Operations Lead to take ownership of our digital asset trading and operational infrastructure. This is a high‑impact role that combines trade execution, wallet management, DeFi strategy, and operational oversight. You will work directly with the investment team to manage trading activity, optimise execution, and ensure the security and accuracy of all on‑chain and exchange‑based operations.

- Execute and oversee trades across centralized exchanges (Binance, Kraken, Bybit) and decentralized protocols
- Manage wallet infrastructure: hot/cold wallets, address whitelisting, transaction verification, and fund movements
- Develop and monitor DeFi strategies: liquidity provision, yield farming, staking, and lending
- Lead trade settlement and reconciliation across spot, futures, and perpetual markets
- Monitor network conditions, gas fees, and transaction performance
- Design and maintain operational workflows, reporting, and audit trails
- Collaborate with the team to improve execution quality and operational efficiency
- Support the onboarding of new exchanges, protocols, and wallet solutions
- Proven experience in crypto trading, DeFi, or digital asset operations
- Deep familiarity with non‑custodial wallets (MetaMask, Ledger, Phantom, etc.)
- Strong understanding of centralized exchanges (CEX) and trade execution mechanics
- Experience with DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Curve, Lido, etc.)
- Solid grasp of blockchain transactions, gas mechanics, and network confirmations
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast‑paced environment
- Leadership mindset: you take ownership, communicate clearly, and drive results
- Candidates with a mix of trading, DeFi, and operations experience will stand out
- Base salary: $180,000 + performance bonus
