Role Overview
As Crypto ATM TechOps Engineer, you will be a vital contributor for the daily operational excellence of Switzerland’s largest crypto ATM network. You will manage hardware and software maintenance, coordinate field service activities, handle troubleshooting, and ensure system uptime through efficient technical processes and logistics.
This position requires strong technical coordination skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead service teams and vendors in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

Role Overview
As Crypto ATM TechOps Engineer, you will be a vital contributor for the daily operational excellence of Switzerland’s largest crypto ATM network. You will manage hardware and software maintenance, coordinate field service activities, handle troubleshooting, and ensure system uptime through efficient technical processes and logistics.
This position requires strong technical coordination skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead service teams and vendors in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical operations and maintenance of the ATM network nationwide.
- Oversee troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical escalations.
- Manage service providers, logistics partners, and internal field service team to ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordination and prioritization of technical on-site tickets
- Support service technicians in the field hands-on for ATM setups, moves and maintenance
- Drive the rollout of new ATMs, upgrades, and technology enhancements.
- Perform server infrastructure maintenance (Linux Server) incl. regular system updates and security patches
- Proven experience in a technical operations or support role
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive under pressure.
- Educational background in a technical field
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system monitoring
- Basic server administration know-how (Linux Server)
- Knowledge of security best practices and incident response
- Basic scripting and automation skills is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of Bitcoin, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is an advantage
