Role Purpose

Own the end-to-end experience of a marketer-first AI UI within Adobe Workfront, enabling scalable content generation through templates and AI with Human-in-the-Loop guardrails.

Core Outcomes

• Enable marketers to generate content without prompt engineering
• Deliver a measurable, repeatable, and integrated experience
• Ensure outputs are on-brand, compliant, and scalable

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full workflow: request → Smart Brief → generation → review → delivery
• Define and manage v1 scope (use cases, inputs, templates, markets, personas)
• Build and optimize the Smart Brief system (structure, validation, data integration, quality scoring)
• Lead UX execution (flows, wireframes, validation, guided inputs, assistant support)
• Ensure seamless integration within Adobe Workfront (permissions, approvals, workflows)
• Own post-generation experience (editing, regeneration, versioning, dashboard)
• Define telemetry, KPIs, and experimentation (cost, time, success rates, adoption)

Required Experience

• Proven experience shipping workflow-heavy products (end-to-end)
• Strong understanding of UX, product requirements, and technical constraints
• Experience with structured requirements, QA, and experimentation
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams with clarity and urgency

Preferred

• Experience in content supply chain, creative ops, or scaled production
• Familiarity with localization, compliance, and brand governance
