Deliverables
- Design engaging social media content tailored for Instagram and TikTok
- Create packaging designs for cups, boxes, and bags that reflect the brand’s Latin American roots
- Produce eye-catching posters and in-store visuals to enhance customer experience
- Contribute to the development of branding concepts and creative direction
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency across all visual assets
- Based in Sibiu, with the ability to work in a hybrid (on-site/remote) arrangement
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator
- Strong creative vision and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic brand environment
- Previous experience in food, retail, or hospitality branding is a plus, but not required
