We are looking for a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in 1st party data analytics, capable of driving and scaling high-impact initiatives such as MTA, full-funnel measurement, advanced scoring/propensity models, and CLV.


What will you do:

  • Analyze and leverage 1st party data (CRM, website, AdServer) to generate actionable insights
  • Develop predictive models, including churn, propensity, and CLV
  • Perform advanced audience segmentation to improve campaign targeting and performance
  • Automate complex data wrangling processes and integrate multiple data sources
  • Design and implement proprietary metrics and algorithms to enhance media efficiency and customer targeting
  • Contribute to the productization of audience enrichment and predictive models for activation

What we are looking for:

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in 1st party data analysis
  • Experience with: audience segmentation, churn analysis, propensity/scoring models
  • Ability to work end-to-end on business problems with a high level of autonomy
  • Experience integrating and processing data from multiple sources (AdServer, CRM, web analytics)
  • Way of working: Hybrid setup per week: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • English and Romanian is required
