Belmoney is a PSD2-licensed fintech company headquartered in Belgium, specializing in Remittance-as-a-Service (RaaS) and white-label payment solutions. We enable banks, neobanks, and payment providers to launch cross-border payment products quickly and compliantly. ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Scrum Master who will own the delivery rhythm across all departments at Belmoney. You will design and facilitate sprint cycles, track progress against OKRs, and synthesize cross-functional performance data into clear, actionable board-level reports. You will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution — ensuring that what the leadership team decides actually happens on time and at quality.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sprint & Agile Delivery

- Design, manage, and continuously improve sprint cadences across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with structure and energy.

- Own the backlog governance process: ensure tasks are properly scoped, estimated, prioritized, and assigned in ClickUp.

- Remove blockers proactively, escalating risks before they become issues.

- Track sprint velocity, burn-down, and delivery metrics across teams.


Board & Executive Reporting

- Produce bi-weekly and monthly performance dashboards for the Board and C-Suite, covering KPIs by department.

- Translate operational data into clear narratives — what was planned, what was delivered, why gaps exist, and what is being done about it.

- Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across sprints and present recommendations with data.

- Maintain a live company-wide roadmap that reflects current priorities, dependencies, and delivery dates.


Cross-Departmental Coordination

- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.

- Align department leads on shared timelines, resource availability, and inter-team dependencies.

- Facilitate quarterly OKR reviews and help teams decompose strategic goals into sprint-level deliverables.


Process Improvement

- Diagnose and document inefficiencies in current workflows and propose structured improvements.

- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous delivery across the company.

- Define and enforce team working agreements, definitions of done, and escalation paths.



REQUIREMENTS


Must-Have

- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead in a tech or fintech environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sprint cycles across different functions.

- Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience adapting frameworks to non-engineering teams.

- Excellent data synthesis skills: ability to turn raw operational metrics into board-ready reports.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools — ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or equivalent.

- Exceptional communication in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong plus.

- High ownership mentality: you follow up without being asked and close loops without reminders.


Nice-to-Have

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) or PMP.

- Experience in payments, remittances, or regulated financial services.

- Familiarity with Power BI, Notion, or similar reporting and documentation tools.

- Experience building OKR frameworks or contributing to company-wide planning processes.

- Background working with small, high-growth teams in a startup or scale-up context.
