As a product-minded fullstack engineer who leads with the frontend, you'll own end-to-end feature development in a React/TypeScript stack with light backend work in Python. You'll shape architecture, mentor engineers, and ship interfaces that feel fast and intuitive.

As a product-minded fullstack engineer who leads with the frontend, you'll own end-to-end feature development in a React/TypeScript stack with light backend work in Python. You'll shape architecture, mentor engineers, and ship interfaces that feel fast and intuitive.
Responsibilities
- Ship and maintain production-grade React applications with TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Design responsive, accessible interfaces that prioritize performance and clarity.
- Write and extend backend services in Python when your features require it (roughly 20% of your time).
- Lead code reviews and set technical direction for frontend architecture.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to how the team operates and improves.
- Work directly with designers and product managers to define, scope, and deliver features.
You have
- 5+ years building and shipping web applications.
- Strong command of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript patterns.
- Comfortable working across the stack, including REST APIs, Git workflows, and light backend development.
- You write clean, testable code and care about maintainability.
- Experience mentoring others and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Solid CSS skills, whether through frameworks or modern tooling.
- Experience shipping SaaS products.
- Background in frontend testing, performance optimization, or accessibility tooling.
- Experience as a scrum master or in a similar facilitation role.
