Requirements:
- 3+ years managing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications on Windows
- Strong IIS troubleshooting in complex, including air-gapped, environments
- Windows Server administration, including Active Directory (AD)
- Solid security knowledge (CIA triad, HIDS/IDS, Group Policy, AV controls)
- Authentication & authorization experience (OIDC, OAuth)
- Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML, CI/CD, build agents, automation)
- Advanced PowerShell for Windows Server management
- Log analysis and performance troubleshooting
- IIS installation, configuration, and management
- SQL Server administration (install, configure, backup/restore)
- SSL certificate management (Microsoft CA / PKI)
- DNS fundamentals
- Network troubleshooting (including firewalls)
- Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)
- ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible
- Keycloak (realms, clients, roles, users)
- Proxy technologies
- C# / .NET 6+ / EF6 or EF Core
- Docker
- Monitoring tools (SCOM, PRTG, Splunk, Zabbix)
- OpenTelemetry
- Part of the Assurance Tools Section within the Assurance Solutions Branch
- Responsible for tools supporting assurance, verification, and validation of CIS readiness
- Focus on interoperability across NATO Command Structure and multinational forces
- Support installation, operation, and maintenance of internal tools
- Write and update installation and configuration scripts
- Deploy tools across various NATO network environments
- Monitor systems and coordinate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support
- Support software in highly secure, primarily air-gapped environments
- Execute Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities to improve usability and stability
- Assist development teams with Azure DevOps pipeline configuration
