Context

You will join a high-tech, international environment where data plays a key role in improving operational performance and decision-making.

As part of a Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you will support different stakeholders by translating data into actionable insights and helping drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports (primarily using Spotfire)
• Translate business needs into data-driven insights and reporting solutions
• Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Combine and process data from multiple systems and sources
• Ensure data quality and reliability for reporting purposes
• Support both ad hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting activities

What you bring

• 2–8 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Experience with Spotfire or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with Python, Databricks, or other data platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a complex, international environment
