BI Developer / Data Analyst (SQL | DBT | Tableau)

We are currently looking for a BI Developer / Data Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics environment working with large and complex datasets as part of an ongoing cloud journey.

In this role, you will work across the full analytics lifecycle – from requirements gathering and data modeling to visualization and business insights, helping drive a more data-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work end-to-end across the analytics chain: data collection, modeling, and visualization

• Develop and maintain data models using SQL and DBT

• Build dashboards and insights using Tableau or similar tools

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions

• Contribute to improving data practices, methods, and analytics capabilities

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis / BI development

• Strong experience with SQL and DBT

• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

• Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Looker, Looker Studio)

• Experience building semantic models

• Experience with GitHub and modern data tooling

Location: Stockholm

Start: ASAP

Contract: 6 months + possibilities of extensions
