Aranan Nitelikler
- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinde lisans / ön lisans öğrencisi (tercihen son sınıf)
- Windows 10/11 bilgisayarlarda kurulum ve temel kullanıcı desteği konularına ilgili
- MS Office programlarına hâkim, özellikle Excel’i iyi seviyede kullanabilen
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, iletişimi güçlü, öğrenmeye açık
- İstanbul’da (Beylikdüzü) ikamet eden / edebilecek.
Görev Tanımı
- Bilgisayar ve el terminali cihazlarının kurulum/hazırlık süreçlerine destek olmak
- Son kullanıcıdan gelen taleplerde ekibe destek olmak (basit kontroller, yönlendirme)
- IT envanter ve dokümantasyon işlerine yardımcı olmak
- Ekip tarafından yürütülen günlük IT operasyonlarında genel destek sağlamak.
