AI Developer

Currently, we are looking for an AI Developer in Poland.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Designing and developing Generative AI agents.
• Following best practices in the GenAI field (including MCP, A2A, RAG methods).
• Being responsible for recommending new approaches and driving AI solution innovation.
  
  
  

Your key skills:

• Programming Proficiency: strong skills in Python or an equivalent programming language, with an emphasis on continuous up-skilling in Python.
• Familiarity with AI Tools: knowledge of LangGraph or similar tools for building and managing AI workflows.
• Thought Leadership: ability to provide thought leadership focused on Generative AI patterns and practical use cases.
• Software Engineering Foundations: solid understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools to ensure maintainable, scalable code and solutions.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in the area of design and development.
• Fluent communication skills in English.

• Experience in fine-tuning smaller models.
