Currently, we are looking for an AI Developer in Poland.

Your daily responsibilities:

Designing and developing Generative AI agents.
Following best practices in the GenAI field (including MCP, A2A, RAG methods).
Being responsible for recommending new approaches and driving AI solution innovation.

Your key skills:

Programming Proficiency: strong skills in Python or an equivalent programming language, with an emphasis on continuous up-skilling in Python.
Familiarity with AI Tools: knowledge of LangGraph or similar tools for building and managing AI workflows.
Thought Leadership: ability to provide thought leadership focused on Generative AI patterns and practical use cases.
Software Engineering Foundations: solid understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools to ensure maintainable, scalable code and solutions.
At least 3 years of commercial experience in the area of design and development.
Fluent communication skills in English.

Experience in fine-tuning smaller models.
Cloud skills (AWS/Azure).
