LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform how content is created. We're not simply developing AI tools—we're engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific educational materials. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, adaptive content at scale. This forward-thinking methodology distinguishes us in a saturated market and expands what's achievable with AI in education, rendering learning more accessible, impactful, and engaging.
This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to coding tasks or working with theoretical AI models. Rather, you'll be spearheading efforts to reimagine how students learn by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role isn't suited for those drawn to routine assignments or gradual refinements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to generate tangible, real-world outcomes.
As an integral member of our team, you'll own the architecture of AI-powered educational tools with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll employ LLMs as subject-matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning aids, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is both substantive and effective. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're prepared to lead projects that challenge conventional limits, we want to connect with you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI tools, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows in response to input from domain experts and end users.
- Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject-matter authorities to create and sustain documentation that captures domain knowledge and distinct organizational understanding.
- Architecting and implementing data structures that deliver contextual foundation for business operations, guaranteeing scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the competitive landscape by producing engaging and personalized educational materials using AI technologies
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Proven experience integrating LLMs into production software products (building a chatbot or utilizing basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
- Demonstrated interest in EdTech
