Currently we are looking for a People Advisory Specialist.
This position centers on providing organizational people management support and implementing people-related processes and programs within specific units. As a Practice/Discipline People Partner, you will assist employees and leaders throughout all EPAM HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Primary People Partners who oversee particular disciplines or practices
- Assist with a range of HR processes, such as employee experience management, retention, and performance development, initially with guidance and later independently
- Support unit management in auditing local programs and frameworks, ensuring alignment with local labor law requirements
- Contribute to organizing and participating in unit townhalls and events, encouraging employee engagement and office attendance
- Take part in Shared Service Center activities and collaborate with various stakeholders on different HR-related tasks and issues
Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
- Background in supporting HR functions within technology or commercial organizations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments by managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to adapt to ongoing change and navigate complex, uncertain environments
- Strong interpersonal skills that build positive relationships, foster trust, and provide thoughtful, timely guidance; proactive, confident, energetic, and optimistic attitude
- Basic understanding and practical experience with Polish Labor Law
- Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives, along with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics
- Availability to work from the office at least two days per week in one of our locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan, or Katowice
