About the Role
On behalf of our client operating in the automotive industry, we are looking for a People Experience Specialist to join a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.
This role will operate in a dual capacity, combining HR Business Partnering responsibilities with a strong focus on HR Analytics and Performance Management Center of Excellence (CoE).
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective HR solutions
- Support leaders in organizational design, employee engagement, and talent-related decision-making
- Provide guidance on employee relations topics and ensure alignment with company policies and culture
HR Analytics & Insights
- Analyze HR data and generate insights to support decision-making across business units
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, performance trends, etc.)
- Contribute to building a data-driven HR culture by improving reporting tools and processes
Performance Management
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management system
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes
- Monitor performance cycles and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (HRBP, HR Analytics, Performance Management, or related areas preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in HR data and people analytics
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel is a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
