Requirements

- Strong understanding of crypto markets and order book mechanics

- Experience with exchange APIs (REST / WebSocket)

- Python proficiency for API trading, bot development, and data analysis

- Familiarity with algorithmic trading, market making, or arbitrage strategies

- Ability to analyze market data and optimize trading performance

Responsibilities

- Monitor and improve liquidity and order book depth across key trading pairs

- Manage and execute trading strategies

- Develop, maintain, and monitor trading bots and automated strategies

- Analyze spreads, market depth, and order book dynamics

- Identify liquidity gaps and propose improvements to market structure

- Monitor market conditions and competitor liquidity across exchanges
