We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry to lead key KYC initiatives. This role will focus on managing and coordinating multiple transformation projects, including screening remediation, implementation of a new group-wide system, and the development of a centralized operating model to drive efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry to lead key KYC initiatives. This role will focus on managing and coordinating multiple transformation projects, including screening remediation, implementation of a new group-wide system, and the development of a centralized operating model to drive efficiency.
You will:
- Manage a portfolio of KYC projects (3 parallel initiatives)
- Lead the screening remediation project (compliance / AML)
- Coordinate the implementation of a new KYC system across the entire group
- Design and implement a target operating model (centralization, efficiency improvements)
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle dependencies
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and group standards
- Report program status to senior management
- Experience as a Project Manager in the financial services sector
- Hands-on experience in KYC / AML / Compliance
- Experience with funds-related projects is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stream programs
- Experience in operational transformation (e.g., centralization, process optimization)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
