Our client is looking for a Technology Lead (Frontend) to join their dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. This isn't just another coding job; it’s an opportunity to own the frontend landscape, mentor others, and build world-class web solutions from the ground up.


Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one) is a must for this role


The Mission

You won’t just be writing code; you’ll be the frontend anchor for a brand-new autonomous team. Supported by a robust platform team, you will:

  • Lead the Charge: Take full responsibility for the frontend field within your squad.
  • Architect & Build: Deliver high-quality code using VueJS and ReactJS.
  • Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration with Azure and REST APIs.
  • Innovate: Focus on the end-user journey, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose.


What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Tech Stack: Mastery of VueJS and ReactJS.
  • The "Glue": Experience with Elasticsearch, Redis, OAuth, and Memory Store.
  • Cloud Fluency: Solid experience in Azure (preferred) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Leadership DNA: 5+ years of IT experience with the ability to guide non-frontend team members.
  • The Essentials: Strong English communication skills and a Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one). Norwegian skills are a major plus!
