Are you a Senior Developer who excels at the intersection of robust backend architecture and sleek frontend delivery? We are looking for a Security Cleared Full Stack Expert to join our team in Oslo.

In this role, you aren’t just a coder—you are a technical architect. You will interface with key stakeholders to define the future of our application landscape, moving projects from initial requirements through to high-level design and high-quality implementation.

The Tech Stack 🛠️

• Backend Mastery: Advanced Java & Kotlin development.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Implementing data pipelines using Kafka.
• Frontend Finesse: Building scalable UI components with Vue.js.
• Data & Integration: Oracle, NoSQL, and Headless CMS (Gizmo).
• Modern DevOps: Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, and CI/CD automation.

What You’ll Do 🚀

• Design & Architect: Lead the creation of high-level design artifacts and API definitions.
• Build & Scale: Maintain robust, secure APIs and optimize frontend performance.
• Collaborate: Work within the MDU/CVC ecosystem alongside Product Owners and Designers.
• Innovate: Participate in deep-dive architecture discussions and drive technical decision-making.
• Mentor: Foster a learning culture where excellence is rewarded and diversity is valued.

What We’re Looking For 📋

• Experience: 7+ years in Full Stack development with a strong backend orientation.
• Security Mindset: Must hold (or be eligible for) Security Clearance.
• Cloud & Certs: Familiarity with Azure (AZ-900) or OCJP is a significant advantage.
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in the Telecom sector is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English AND Norwegian.
• Soft Skills: High analytical ability, customer orientation, and a "quality-first" mindset
