We are a fast-growing decentralized infrastructure provider sitting at the heart of the Web3 evolution. As we transition from a lean engineering-heavy team to a global powerhouse, we need a Chief Operating Officer to build the engine that powers our growth.

You won't just be managing—you will be architecting. You will oversee the "Holy Trinity" of back-office excellence: Operations, Finance, and Legal, ensuring our internal systems are as robust and scalable as the decentralized networks we build.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the operational frameworks required to transition the company through significant growth phases and support a rapidly expanding global team.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and Web3-specific treasury management, balancing fiat and digital asset stability.
  • Navigate the complex global regulatory landscape of decentralized infrastructure, managing external counsel to ensure long-term institutional stability.
  • Build a world-class HR function that attracts top-tier Web3 talent while maintaining a high-performance, remote-first culture.
  • Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational roadmaps, ensuring key milestones are met across all non-engineering departments.

Who You Are

  • You have a proven track record of leading a startup through high-growth periods and maturing the organizational structure.
  • You understand the unique operational and legal hurdles of the decentralized world, from DAO structures to node provider requirements.
  • You are comfortable pivoting from high-level financial strategy to granular discussions on international employment law.
  • You prioritize automated, scalable workflows over manual processes to ensure efficiency as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Direct experience in the Web3/Crypto industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in managing diverse functions across Finance, Legal, and HR.
  • Experience with international entity structuring and global remote hiring.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead a distributed, global team.
