Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate infrastructure design drawings (roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, utilities)
• Ensure all infrastructure elements are aligned with the master plan and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
• Work closely with master planners and architects to integrate infrastructure within the community layout
• Support planning of road networks, utility corridors, and service areas for villas and townhouses
• Ensure efficient land use and compliance with planning standards
• Manage submissions and approvals with key authorities such as:

-Dubai Municipality

-Roads and Transport Authority

-DEWA

-Dubai Development Authority

• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and standards
• Follow up on NOCs, design approvals, and inspections
• Monitor infrastructure works on-site and ensure adherence to approved designs
• Identify and resolve design or execution issues in coordination with stakeholders
• Support project timelines and progress tracking
• Liaise with internal teams (design, construction, planning, sales)
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors
• Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure design/coordination within UAE
• Strong experience in master-planned communities (villas/townhouses preferred)
• Hands-on experience with authority approvals in Dubai
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D and other design tools are an advantage
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and UAE regulations
• Experience with leading developers or engineering consultants in the UAE
