We’re Hiring: Senior Android Engineer (Oslo, Norway)
Are you passionate about building high-quality mobile experiences and shaping the future of digital investment platforms? This is your opportunity to take real ownership and make an impact on a product used by hundreds of thousands of customers.
We’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join a cross-functional, trust-based team working on a modern savings and investment app. You’ll be part of building a next-generation investment platform designed to be intuitive, secure, and inspiring.
What You’ll Do
* Contribute across the full product lifecycle: concept to design to development
* Deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable Android solutions
* Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and developers
* Build testable, maintainable code with a strong focus on stability
* Help shape a product that simplifies savings and investments for users
Tech Stack & Tools
* Kotlin (almost 100%)
* MVVM architecture
* Jetpack Compose
* Kotlin Coroutines
* Hilt (Dependency Injection)
* Custom Gradle Plugins
* GitHub Merge Requests (code reviews)
* Testing: Unit tests, Espresso, Paparazzi (snapshot testing)
* Monorepo with 120+ modules across multiple apps
What We’re Looking For
* 7 to 10 years of experience as a software engineer
* Strong Android development expertise
* Experience working in large-scale environments
* A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements while maintaining stability
* Passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Assignment Details
* Location: Oslo
* Start: As soon as possible
* Duration: Until 31 Dec 2026 (with extension option)
* Workload: Full-time
