We’re now hiring an AI Engineer to support advanced projects in Vision-Language Models and NVIDIA-accelerated AI.

About the Role

As part of our AI practice, you will design, train, and optimize multimodal AI systems combining computer vision and natural language understanding, leveraging NVIDIA GPUs and state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• AI Model Development: Design, fine-tune, and evaluate Vision-Language Models (CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA, Kosmos, Gemini-style).
• GPU Acceleration & Optimization: Implement training and inference pipelines optimized for NVIDIA platforms (CUDA, TensorRT, NeMo, DGX).
• AI Agent Integration: Develop and deploy AI agents using internal or external inference APIs.
• Data & Evaluation: Build multimodal datasets, lead benchmarking, and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, multimodal learning, and agentic architectures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (or PhD) in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of professional experience in AI R&D or applied deep learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI toolkits (Transformers, Diffusers, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA technologies (CUDA, TensorRT, NeMo) and GPU training pipelines.
• Experience deploying AI agents using inference APIs.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Curious, rigorous, and entrepreneurial — comfortable in a fast-paced innovation environment.
