The Associate – Talent Management is responsible for supporting the execution of learning and development, performance management, talent management processes, succession planning, and employee development initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting UAE National talent and employee retention objectives.


Roles, Responsibilities, Duties


Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Coordinate and support the execution of all training programs including technical workshops covering logistics, scheduling, documentation, attendance, and compiling feedback.
  • Assist in conducting training needs assessments through surveys, focus groups, and consultations with line managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed training, attendance, and evaluation outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver internal training presentations, facilitate or co-facilitate onboarding, soft skills, and technical upskilling sessions.
  • Liaise with trainers, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure smooth rollout and delivery of all L&D initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Execute performance booster plans in line with the Modon Holding Group performance management policy.
  • Support the administration and coordination of the entire performance management cycle (end to end) & periodic reporting at each phase.
  • Track completion and progress of performance appraisals and goal setting.
  • Facilitate performance calibration sessions and support communication relating to appraisal processes.
  • Continuously assist line managers and employees with the performance appraisal process and appraisal meeting guidelines, using a variety of effective learning & training techniques.


Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Prepare basic reports on skills gaps, talent needs, and support routine administrative coordination for talent management initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings/workshops as notetaker or organizer as required.
  • Support the documentation of career pathways and individual development plans as directed.
  • Assist in organizing mentorship/coaching sessions and maintain updated participant lists.
  • Track progression/completion of assigned development activities.


Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive dashboards for L&D and performance management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collect, verify, and analyse talent-related data using Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools, summarize findings for management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Track participation/completion rates and training effectiveness and contribute to periodic HR reporting.
  • Prepare, analyze & present dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual),
  • Additional tasks may be delegated based on requirement.




Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • HR-related certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage but not mandatory.


Experience and Competencies:


Experience:


  • 2 - 4 years of work experience in HRM.
  • HR experience in performance management, training and development, career development, and succession planning.
  • Experience in handling technical training within these industries (asset/facility/property management) is desirable.
  • Previous experience as a soft skills trainer is preferrable.
