Your Role: A local generalist with broad responsibility
As Project Manager for EMS in Norway, you will play a key, hands-on role in delivering, supporting, and developing our Energy Management customers locally. While much of our specialist expertise is organised centrally in Finland, you will be the local face of EMS, ensuring projects run smoothly, customers get value, and opportunities are captured.
This is a broad, generalist role, combining project management, customer interaction, commercial support, and practical problem-solving. You’ll work closely with customers, Nordic colleagues, and internal teams across Delivery, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
Depending on customer needs and priorities, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating EMS delivery and implementation projects from start to finish.
- Acting as a local point of contact for customers across project delivery, support, and follow-up.
- Supporting customer onboarding, training, and adoption of EMS solutions.
- Handling and coordinating invoicing-related tasks and customer follow-up where required.
- Contributing to customer support and issue resolution, in close collaboration with central teams.
- Supporting commercial activities, including upsell opportunities, customer meetings, and local marketing initiatives.
- Providing basic energy expertise and advisory support towards customers, translating data and insights into action.
- Delivering billable customer work where relevant, creating measurable customer value.
- Identifying gaps, needs, and improvement opportunities – and stepping in where it’s needed.
We’re looking for a self-driven generalist who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working close to customers. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and don’t need a rigid role description to create value.
We imagine you bring:
- Experience in project management, delivery, customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- A practical, solution-oriented mindset - you focus on progress, not perfection.
- Interest in energy management, sustainability, or smart building technology.
- Commercial understanding and comfort contributing to billable work and customer growth.
- Fluency in Norwegian and strong English skills, written and spoken.
- Curiosity and ambition to learn and grow, including motivation to explore AI tools.
