About the role

As our Delivery Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing the delivery of our portfolio of technologies. You'll be the driving force behind turning ideas into reality, ensuring that every project is executed seamlessly and reaches its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead the charge in developing and implementing project strategies, ensuring

alignment with our mission and objectives.

• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to

completion, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams, including engineers, researchers, marketers, business development teams and industrial partners to foster a collaborative and

innovative environment.

• Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions,

mitigating risks and ensuring project success.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and

external stakeholders, fostering a supportive and collaborative community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Networks, IT, Industrial, Chemical, or

similar).

• 3-5+ years' minimum experience in PMO or project management in a technical context.

• Experience working with external vendors, industrial partners, suppliers and technology

partners.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience of delivery project management with direct interface with customers.

• Understanding of HW/SW solutions, complex systems, quality management systems, manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.

• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous, or venture/start-up environments is highly

desirable.
