Performance Analytics Manager

We’re partnering with a leading government organisation undergoing a major transformation, looking for a Performance Analytics Manager to redefine how performance is measured and communicated at an executive level.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology, driving the shift from traditional reporting to AI-enabled, insight-led decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of corporate performance reporting into predictive, insight-driven analytics
• Design KPI frameworks, performance models, and executive dashboards
• Introduce AI/ML use cases (forecasting, anomaly detection, automated insights)
• Partner with technology teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Candidate requirements:

• Data Science professional ideally MBA qualified
• Experience in performance analytics, reporting transformation, or strategy analytics
• Strong technical skills: Python, SQL, data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik)
• Proven ability to build models for forecasting, trends, and performance insights
• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Understanding of AI/ML in analytics and reporting
