The Marketing Analytics & CRM Executive manages CRM systems, lifecycle campaign execution, attribution tracking, AI-supported analytics, performance reporting, and dashboard creation. This role connects paid acquisition, internal campaigns, product usage behaviour, and revenue outcomes to provide full‑funnel visibility for marketing and operations.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Manage Customer.io lifecycle campaigns including push notifications, email, in‑app messaging and WhatsApp communications.
  • Build and maintain CRM automation workflows, behavioural triggers and segmentation logic.
  • Execute marketing campaign calendars aligned with product launches, lifecycle campaigns and retention initiatives.
  • Analyze AppsFlyer attribution data and validate marketing performance across acquisition channels.
  • Cross‑analyze paid performance marketing reports with internal CRM campaign results to evaluate full funnel outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze user funnels including install → activation → first transaction → retention.
  • Track cohort performance including CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention rates and revenue contribution.
  • Generate regular performance reports for marketing and leadership teams.
  • Develop structured dashboards to visualize campaign performance and user behaviour trends.
  • Support forecasting and growth analysis based on historical performance data.


AI- Based Data Analytics & Reporting


  • Use AI‑assisted analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
  • Leverage AI tools for automated report generation, trend identification and predictive analysis.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data modelling and behavioural analytics.
  • Use AI platforms to accelerate dashboard creation and marketing reporting efficiency.
  • Apply AI‑supported segmentation analysis to optimize lifecycle campaigns and personalization.


MarTech & System Integration


  • Maintain CRM and analytics integrations including Customer.io, AppsFlyer, GA and communication systems such as Twilio.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across marketing technology platforms.
  • Support data synchronization between CRM, analytics tools and internal dashboards.
  • Assist with reporting infrastructure and automation of recurring reports.


Technical Requirements :


  • Hands‑on experience with Customer.io or similar CRM automation tools.
  • Experience with AppsFlyer attribution and mobile app analytics.
  • Experience with campaign management systems and lifecycle marketing tools.
  • Experience with Twilio or similar messaging platforms.
  • Strong Excel / data analysis capability.
  • AI‑based analytics and automated reporting tools experience highly preferable.


Requirements :


  • Maximum 2 years UAE experience.
  • App‑based fintech experience preferred.
  • Proven CRM campaign execution and analytics track record.
  • Technical or analytical assessments will be conducted during interviews.
